Nebraska Vietnam Veterans Plan Trip to DC to Visit Memorials; Local Vets Invited

If you are a Nebraska Vietnam Veteran, your request has been heard and granted!

In response to an appeal by the Nebraska Vietnam Veterans who attended the 27th Annual Nebraska Vietnam Veterans Reunion held at Gering, NE in August 2011, a guided bus tour of Washington, DC has been planned for May 16-23, 2012. An invitation is being extended to all Nebraska Vietnam Veterans and their companions to be part of this tour.

The tour price will include motor coach transportation with seven nights of lodging including three consecutive nights in the DC area. It will also include 12 meals with guided tours of memorial and monuments including the Vietnam Memorial, WWII Memorial, Capitol Hill, Embassy Row, Korean War Veterans Memorial, the Smithsonian, the Lincoln Memorial, the White House, the US Capitol, Arlington National Cemetery including the Tomb of the Unknowns, the Kennedy Graves as well as the Iwo Jima Memorial, and much more. Cost for this tour is $619 per person.
